I started at this job in 2001, naive and unsure about myself. I honestly didnt know what it took to be a great teacher as well as a coworker. I was winging it. But this year, the light bulb FINALLY went off in my head, and I started to see things at work for what they truly are.

I saw the true side of my work place today: The side of ineptness on the part of my coworkers.

I explained the new exam process to people and instead of saying, I dont understand, they lie and say that no one explained it to them and that things were last minute. Two meetings were called to discuss the exams proceedings, and those same people were not around.

*SIGH*

Let's see what is going to take place tomorrow.
