I went to see KING KONG this afternoon. I really enjoyed it. Yes it was too long, but I enjoyed it immensely.

Stand out moments for me:

1) Seeing Andy Serkis playing a human character in the movie, as well as playing King Kong the CGI character. I like cameos like that. It's like looking out for Stan Lee in movies like Hulk and SpiderMan.

2) The fight sequence with King Kong and the dinosaur. I enjoyed that a lot. Very similar to the fight scene in the original movie. After he killed the dinosaur, he hit himself on his chest once, saying essentially, I am the head mofo in the place. heh

3) I know it was corny, but I liked when Kong and Ann were on the ice pond. It was so sweet eh.


I hated the scene where Ann was being offered up the King Kong. I hated to see when the girls were rolling up their eyes in their heads and convulsing. So lame and messed up!!!
